Homebuilder buys land for 300 homes in Tomball
Meritage Homes (NYSE: MTH) is expanding its presence in the greater Houston area.
The Scottsdale, Arizona-based company purchased land for a community to be called Cherry Pines, located off Cherry Street and Holderrieth Road in Tomball. The site is within the Tomball Independent School District, close to Highway 249 and less than 2 miles from the Grand Parkway.
