Home Warranty Recommendations for Houston area

Just as in the title. We bought a home and the seller is giving an allowance for a Home Warranty, otherwise we probably wouldn't ever do this. Right now I am between First American Home Warranty or Old Republic. Looking for reviews on either, as it doesn't seem easy to find reviews on them for a specific area.
