Home to be rebuilt by Texas GLO program

Has anyone on here have had their home rebuilt completely through the program provided by the Texas General Land Office from damages sustained in Harvey?

I wanted to know your thoughts on the type of materials used, time, any labor issues, etc.

My dad passed away a month ago and one of the last things he tried to do was get his home rebuilt through GLO- I was able to complete all the requirements holding him back and I just got my approval letter and wanted to make sure I am doing the right thing.
