Home prices are ludicrous all over town.

Stopped at a home to do a scan. And I saw this mortgage break down on the counter. This home is almost 100 yrs old. Little to no updates. Many violations. Paint half ass done. But what’s got me was the breakdown. Are people really paying these prices for homes. Freaking crazy.
