Home Elevation Experience

Has anybody had their home elevated? I’d greatly appreciate how the process went and how your home is faring after. Also, was your home on a slab foundation before? How did you finish the elevated facade? What would you do differently? If anything. I’m going through the process now and have so many questions. I see homes in heights that look elevated and have different finishes. Anything would be great.
