Home builders in Houston

Hi! I’m thinking of buying a lot in Eado and building a home. Probably around 3k square feet, 2 stories. Does anyone have an idea of how much a nice modern home, not fancy, would cost per square foot. Any thoughts on builders? Thanks!!
