Holy s**t, what happened on 59?

That part of the highway where it goes under all the bridges where you can exit on Shepherd.

Holy s**t. Like three fire tricks and a bunch of cop cars/tow trucks. I saw one car on top of another with the top completely off and still smoking. Anyone know how the hell that happened?
