HOD is a joke

Today I witnessed a driver try to hit another vehicle on the 45. I took photos of the truck and tried calling the police. The official site’s link to the number didn’t even work. After numerous calls and 20 minutes later I got through to someone and they apathetically did nothing. Who needs paper plates when registration doesn’t even matter? Going total third world in H town.
