Hobby to Columbus?

What’s the best way to get from Hobby to Columbus? I booked a flight for an event in Houston and just found out it’s actually in Columbus. I really don’t want to rent a car. Is there a train or bus that will take me out east on or parallel to hwy 10? Note that I’m flying in around 10 pm…. TIA
