Hobby Airport to Columbus, Tx

I’m arriving at Hobby airport on 3/28 and I want to go to Columbus like an hour west of Katy. Does anyone have an idea of a bus service I can use to get there?

Safe and preferably cheap.

Renting a car is not an option as I don’t know how to drive.
