HOA question: Who is your prop mgr? Is it good, so-so, or terrible?

My HOA needs to find a better management company pronto. Please, help me find recommendations for our board.

This is about professional property management companies that are hired by an HOA board to manage fees, paperwork, and communication. (This is not a question about your individual neighbors who abuse a volunteer position or are weirdos. )
