Hit and run on 7/12 in Spring

45N Spring Hit and Run

At 9pm yesterday 7/12 in Spring my SO was driving home from work going south on 45 driving about 65mph and was hit from behind by a speeding blue or baby blue car(?). My SO was driving a 2012 red Prius. He spun around a few times and landed facing ongoing traffic. Thankfully he was able to drive his car over to the shoulder and didn’t die/or become seriously injured. There was one eye witness who stopped and gave his testimony but it was dark and he only saw that it maybe was a blue 4 door car. This car likely has damage on his front right with red paint in the damage as my SOs car is red. If you have any information at all or advice please share. It’s a scary world we live in that someone could be so careless with a human life.
