Hit and Run on 05/20/2025 on I-59 North between Lyons Ave and Collingsworth St exits

On Tuesday, 05/20/2025 (the date and time stamp on my dash cam video are incorrect) I witnessed a hit and run accident at around 9:00pm between the Lyons Ave and Collingsworth St exits. I have stared at my video for a few hours but for the life of me cannot be certain what the license plate is of the vehicle that caused the accident. The majority of the damage was to their own car, but they did briefly impact with another car on the road and they took off without stopping. I wanted to submit this to the authorities in case the person who was hit reported the accident, but I am unable to make out for sure what the license plate number was. My best guess is that it was WHS1721, but I was curious if anyone here knew a way to check for certain.
