Hit and run of cyclist on Hardy bike lane around 7pm today. Anyone seen anything?

Around 7pm today my friend was biking on the bike lane on Hardy Street when a black or gray Mitsubishi hatchback (partial plates P44) turned right onto the bike lane and hit him. Luckily my friend was able to jump away from his bike, but the car crushed his bike and drove off. My friend will have to get checked out but so far it looks like he has avoided major injury. Anyone from this sub happened to see this accident?
