Hit-and-run collision involving gold-colored Lexus sedan in The Heights area, around 2:35 PM today, March 23 2024

Long shot, but while walking on Bay Oaks in Timbergrove today, my son and I saw a vehicle that almost certainly was fleeing a hit-and-run. The passenger side rear wheel was bent, the tire was flat, and there was rear bumper damage. It was driven down Bay Oaks at 30 MPH+ with the flat tire making a racket and parts coming off the vehicle. A rational person wouldn't drive the car in that condition.

We subsequently found it parked next to a Title Max at Shepherd and 11th Street.
