Hispanic Heritage Hat Add-on

Was wondering if anyone knew if it’s possible to get the hats for the game on 9/17.

I bought tickets to the game re-sale and I’m thinking my you can only snag a hat if you’re buy them in a ticket/hat combo.

If I am able to get one with re-sale tickets, do they distribute them at the game or?
