HISD – NES Schools – Security Risk??

Apparently today during Mike Miles HISD dog and pony show, it came out that teachers are to keep their classroom doors open and all lights on.

TEA directs the doors closed due to safety concerns over school shootings, now Miles wants to leave classroom doors wide open??
