HISD field trips: 90s/2000s edition

Hi! I'm trying to remember a park I went to various times but am having trouble. The only thing I remember is that there were some nature trails, a small pond to go crap fishing with raw chicken, and a cabin type house with taxidermy birds. Maybe a reptile show? Id love to go back there now that I'm older with my kids!
