Hip Drop Tackle Ban

How will this impact our defensive unit as a whole? I'm still trying to wrap my head around the specifics of what constitutes a hip drop tackle, but it is obvious every NFL defense will have to adjust.

Does this benefit our offense in anyway? Bigger guys have a better chance to break tackles against smaller DBs?
