Highly themed restaurants?

I just got back from a weekend in Austin and ate at Tiki Tatsu-ya. It’s apparently designed by a Disney imagineer who helped created Trader Sam’s. It was such a highly themed dining experience. The decor was extremely immersive, there were changes of lights when someone ordered a specific thing off the menu, food and drinks were 10/10 and on theme, etc etc.

I was curious if there was anything like that in Houston. I don’t expect there to be a carbon copy or anything – just looking for a similar experience.
