High speed car chase in Stafford

Today we decided to go to a testing site in Stafford. My husband was almost clipped by the driver in the car chase as he got out of our car. The driver continued and almost plowed over a few people waiting in the walk up line. Thankfully no one at this site was hurt. I’m wondering if anyone was there or knows what happened?

Edit: He was being chased by Mo City Police and a couple minutes later 6 more police flew by us.
