High end bank suggestions?

Is there a bank comparable to First Republic Bank in Houston? I’m in California and First Republic is great because: * online website and apps are awesome * sync with Mint is perfect * they don’t try to upsell you on services all the time * they have a personal banker type who is your account manager – it’s not “call the national line and pray for patience”

Thoughts? Our experience with Bank of America and Wells Fargo and Chase have been awful… and we don’t want to deal with the big 5 any longer or have them move us to a tier that costs money for management.
