Hidden bar underneath concert hall

A friend of mine mentioned that in the Houston area there is a hidden bar underneath a concert hall? I was told that you'd have to watch an orchestra or a play and only those who've seen the performance have access to the bar. Unfortunately, he no longer remembers the location of that bar. I've been trying to google places that match that description, without success. I'm hoping someone here know what I'm talking about.
