Hidalgo calls on residents to cancel gatherings, citing ‘narrow window’ to ‘turn the ship around’

With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is calling on residents to cancel large gatherings and limit any gatherings to people who are already living within the same household.
