HHA, NRP Group break ground on mixed-income apartment project in Montrose
The NRP Group and the Houston Housing Authority have broken ground on a 367-unit multifamily development at 2400 W. Dallas St., at the corner of West Dallas Street and Montrose Boulevard, the site of a previous multifamily project that burned to the ground in 2014.
