Hey Texans, how right are Panthers fans in saying Bobby Slowik had everything to do with Stroud’s development?

I’m not a Texans fan, but I was going back and forth with a Panthers fan about this. Looking at their sub and what their subscribers believe, Slowik had everything to do with:

1) Stroud’s development

2) the wide receivers being able to get so much seperation

I’ve even seen a Panthers fans say that Stroud is going to be ”f-cked” next season without Slowik.

How much truth is in this?
