Hertz Investment Group lands 90,000 SF leases for Brookhollow Central office development
The largest new tenant to sign a lease was Irving, Texas-based Christus Health, a nonprofit health care operator, which agreed to relocate its administrative offices to 21,000 square feet in Brookhollow Central II at 2900 North Loop West.
