Hermann Park Parking Lot Limit

Random question but does anyone know if they enforce the 3 hr limit at this parking lot with the red pin? Looking for parking to take the metrorail into the med center and I was thinking of this lot but wanted to see if anyone had input before I tried it lol.

There is a sign saying 3 hr limit but I personally have never seen anyone drive by and ticket or seen a car get towed from this lot. It is technically called Lot A if you’re looking at the Hermann Park parking lot maps.
