Here’s what you should know about the government report on Southwest Airlines safety culture

In early 2018, two things happened at Southwest Airlines that concerned the U.S. government.

First, the Office of the Inspector General received a hotline complaint regarding the Federal Aviation Administration’s oversight of Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV).
