Here’s what the coronavirus means for H-E-B shoppers and employees

In response to the new coronavirus pandemic, San Antonio-based grocer H-E-B LP made several temporary changes this week to how employees will work and what customers will see in stores.

The decision came over the weekend as companies began taking steps to prevent spread of the virus across the nation.

“H-E-B is committed now more than ever to engaging our customers throughout this significant health concern facing our communities,” the company wrote in a statement.
