Here’s my theory

The Texans owners/front office absolutely knew all of this about Watson and covered it up for him. They were protecting him. But now that he’s trouble for them, they’re letting the floodgates open.

There is absolutely zero chance they didn’t know. This level of predatory behavior is very prolific and usually a hard secret to keep.

As far as I’m concerned they’re just as shitty for that; I hope the NFL or someone looks into that. Though we know the NFL doesn’t actually give a s**t. They only care about keeping up with appearances.
