Hempanadas are like crack – recipe needed

Ever been to Bellagreen (née Ruggles Green)? Their high protein hempanadas with the roasted garlic cilantro sauce are like crack. I’ve had to start getting two orders for starters so I don’t have to share with my partner.

I’m working on making my favorite recipes at home, like shaking beef, poké, etc. but don’t know where to start on the hempanadas recipe- specifically on the filling. I know what the menu says, but any ideas for what the beef is seasoned with?
