Helping a senior look for legal/lawyer help

Hi I met a senior man in a assisted living facility/group home.

He says his family is holding him back from financial affairs and not allowing him to return him home to his house

He is seeking legal assistance. I tried making him a Reddit account of his own, but due to lack of karma he is unable to post. I will make this post and I have taught him how to save and look at it.
