Help with signature

I got my charity box today and it was supposed to include a “randomly selected ball autographed by Houston Astros Award Winners. This package contains players who have won All-Star, Silver Slugger, Gold Glove, and ALL-MLB awards.”

For the life of me I don’t know who this is and they didn’t include any sort of clue.
