Help With Severely Matted Hair

My depression has become more severe since July and i started to neglect myself a lot more ever since i lost my job and also got cheated on 4 times. I really need help with the restoration of my hair because i really can’t stand to shave my head. If anyone could offer some services or help i would really appreciate that. I don’t have much money since i’m unemployed but i need to get this fixed so i can get a job. I tried to explain to my family about it to ask for help but i’ve been invalidated and told Depression isn’t real so i feel like my depression just got worse.. Please help me
