help with lost wallet

so i lost my damn wallet. it was between getting off work and ordering a lyft. took me a day to realize it. i already asked the driver and am waiting for a response. i wouldnt be posting if it was just that but unfortunately someone that isnt the driver got their hands on it. they tried to connect their apple pay with my account. thankfully i got the card changed and changed my passwords and stuff so i think i got them locked out but they are clearly not very savvy since i have their potential name and their device number via my bank. what should i do next? ideally they just took the debit card and left everything else in there but if they didnt do i have a chance of recovering it?
