Help with canceling Houston Chronicle subscription

I'm trying to cancel my subscription, so I called their number. They told me to click 1 for online subscription, click 2 to cancel subscription. Then it said, "please hold for the next available representative" and then the call immediately ended. I called again 2 more times, happened both times. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do now? Do they have an email or something?
