Help with autograph identification??

Found this signed ball going through some older stuff, but I can’t remember getting it, or who would have signed it. The Astros are the only baseball team I’ve ever followed so I’m assuming it’s a player from the team and, taking a guess, most likely a player from the 90s. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
