Help with a college real estate project

Hi everyone!

I am currently enrolled in a Real Estate Finance class in the Houston area and we have a semester-long project where we do our own research to determine whether or not a specific subject property is a good investment or not.

Our professor however was adamant on the fact that we need copies of official MLS pages for the first part of the project.

I've already done my research and found a listing for the subject property, 3 rental comps in the area, and 3 purchase comps. All I need at this point is an agent to look up and share the MLS pages with me.

I've already sent cold emails to some local real estate agents in my area but I have yet to receive any response.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
