Help, this guy needs a home.

A stray we have named Chilli needs a new home. My apartment complex does not allow big dogs or pitbulls. I have posted on Reddit, FB, Nextdoor, and I have tried to contact the owner who he is chipped to with no luck He is a great dog and I wish I could keep him but I can't. He is leash broke, does not pull at all. House broke, will sit by the door when he needs to go. Great around cats, he will try to play with my cat but has realized she does not want to play and just let's her go about her business. Awesome around people and kids, super friendly. He has been neutered. Bro loves to cuddle.

If you are interested, please reply or PM me. I am not going to give him to just anybody. You have to show that he is going to a great home. He needs someone that is active or has a yard. Someone willing to give him the life he deserves. He shows signs of abuse, so don't yell at the guy.
