HELP REQUESTED: I have ADHD, I’m just visiting Houston, and I need to fill my Aderall prescription. I can’t find a pharmacy with stock though, and I’m panicking a little. Any ideas?

I did search, but I couldn't find any recent posts with solutions to my problem. I am in Houston temporarily for medical treatment, and I take 15mg of Adderall (name brand or not, either is fine). The treatment I'm having is making my ADHD even worse, and it is not an exaggeration to say that it could be disasterous if I ran out without a refill, which is very close to being a reality.

My doctor gave me my customary refill, but I cannot find a pharmacy that has any Adderall (even generic) in stock. I know most folks are a bit reluctant to share their sources (and I understand that, I really do) but I am going back home in a few days, so I won't be "potentially depleting" your source for more than one refill, unless something goes VERY wrong. It is a multi day drive, however, so it could get messy if I'm going about a week with no ADHD meds. If you don't feel comfortable posting pharmacy info out in the open here, feel free to send me a private message.

I know a lot of people abuse Adderall, and with the stimulant shortage anything that increases scarcity is absolutely infuriating. But I really do have a legitimate need for a medicinal counter to my ADHD, I have a doctor's prescription and diagnosis, and I really am genuinely fearful of what might occur if I just suddenly stop taking it. Especially at a time where my ADHD symptoms have never been worse, and my doctors here have literally been observing me for weeks (post brain surgery) to ensure that the measures they've taken don't tip me into hypo/mania. I've never experienced hypo/mania before, but they both scare me, and I've been told the treatment I came to Houston for and have been receiving can make mania and hypomania both a real possibility. I don't need increased ADHD symptoms making either state more likely than they already may be. Please find it in your heart to help me. Thank you for your time.
