HELP! Parking Question

I'm trying to park along the street in Montrose and I'm trying to make sure I'm good to park here. It says: NO PARKING 11pm-5am, Wed-Sun, except with valid permit. Do yall think I'm good? (I'm traumatized with getting tickets or towed!)

(I'm definitely not leaving my car here past 11pm, lol!)
