Help on ways to start selling food?

So I am unemployed and haven’t been able to have any income during COVID. During this pandemic I have been mastering a certain type of cooking and would like to dip my toes into selling food. For someone who is pretty much broke Af, what would be the best way of getting started?

A friend suggested posting it on Nextdoor and selling it delivery to peoples homes, that way I can start small (I also live in a low income Hispanic neighborhood so the doubts of someone reporting me would prob be low), but I also don’t want to get in trouble.
