Help Needed for Job Search

Good Evening,

I’m a 37 yr old Canadian living in Calgary, Alberta and am looking to move to Houston later this year. I’m a commercial construction superintendent and understand a work Visa is the first box to check on my list. Do construction companies in the Houston area sponsor Canadians to work for them? I’m finding it challenging to specifically find the info when job searching.
