help my electric bill is $500 this month!

I'm freaking out. normally, it's 200. this month, my AC broke (low freon, so it ran but couldn't keep up), and after finally getting it fixed after a few days, I kept it at 76.

just for comparison what do you guys pay for electric bill? 2 story 2800sq ft
