Help Me with Date Night

Hey y'all. I (M24) am trying to decide a place to take girlfriend (22) this coming weekend and could use some help. She is newer to the city, only being here for eight months, but I do not know many places because I am mostly a homebody. I'd like to show her a good night. Neither of us are into crowded or loud spaces. She enjoys art, really likes spoken word, and always looks for movies. Something interactive would be nice too. Does anyone have suggestions for places to try? I would appreciate any help.
