Help me plan a Texas Trip

I’ll be visiting Texas for the first time in March for about 3 days. The only thing I have planned is going to a Houston Rockets game but I need MORE!

Where to eat? What to do? Where to stay? What to wear? How should I act? Any rules or forbiddens?
