Help Me Plan a Post-Wedding Lunch (In 2 Hours)

A family member of mine is getting married in about 2 hours (2:15). It's nothing too big, it's actually a courthouse ceremony. He asked me to choose a place to eat afterward, and I really want to make it feel special for them. We don’t have a huge budget since it’s all a bit spontaneous (they probably could’ve planned it better, but hey, not my wedding!). I'm trying to find a place to eat, yet with a nice atmosphere for them and our families. Any recommendation from my fellow Houstonians? There will probably be around 10 of us, maybe a few more, but definitely not fewer. the couple and both families (including me!) love Mexican food, so it’s gotta be a Mexican spot!
