Help me keep my landlord from ripping me off! (PLANTS)

I need some horticultural assistance. I’m moving out of a house; someone kind of butchered some plants in a side garden a couple of years ago by cutting some things waaaay back, and my landlord said he was going to charge me to re-landscape the yard, but he never did it. Then with the Snowpocalypse of 2022 (21?), it seemed to me like everything that remained died, as did 2 pretty Meyer Lemon trees in the front. I feel like most of what my friend probably killed would have gotten killed by the freeze anyway but I know nothing about plants. Can anyone identify any stuff in this bed and tell me if it would have survived the major freeze?

I’m sorry I don’t think I have other pictures but I’m going to go look. Thought I’d throw it out there though.
