Help me Find this Houston Christmas Song

I’ve tried searching youtube and google but if you type in Houston and Christmas I really only find the Whitney song.

Im looking for a song by a local artist that plays a guitar and in his music video he drives around looking at xmas lights in River Oaks and possibly smoking a cigarette.

Anyone remember this? From about 2016..
